Rates
Rates are for the entire apartment per night (i.e. up to 6 guests + baby cot) and vary depending on the season and length of stay.
The minimum stay is 11 nights. For longer stays we will be happy to provide an individual offer.
A one-time cleaning fee in the amount of 80 EUR will be charged.
A refundable deposit of 300 EUR is also required.
The reservation becomes binding once the availability of requested dates is checked and the deposit has been paid. You will recieve email booking confirmation.
A 50% deposit is required within 3 business days of the booking request being sent. Full payment instructions will be provided by email. The remaining amount must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival.
If the booking request is sent less than 20 days prior arrival, the full amount (deposit + remaining balance) is due immediately upon receipt of the confirmation email.
